I first obtained my fitness trainer certification in 2009 through the ISSA, followed by certifications in nutrition, core conditioning, functional training, MMA conditioning, Tactix Group Fitness, and have a specialized certification in Correctional Exercise.

I train most of my clients at my studio (Bourelle Martial Arts - 800 Shipyard Blvd, Suite 4) as well as training on-site or in home training.
